To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Note: We will not be able to process refunds after 7 days for any reason.
We accept refunds only for automatic renewal billing. For all recent renewals done manually, we will not be able to approve any refund.
As an active customer, if you decide to cancel your service after a period of use, we may approve a partial refund for the remaining duration of the contract based on usage. Setup fees are not included.
